Role: Conveyancer and Probate Assistant
Sue works as a Conveyancer in the Stroud Office. She represents clients who are buying and selling properties, dealing with all aspects of the conveyancing process including freehold sale purchases.
Sue has her own portfolio of residential conveyancing clients as well as dealing with various probate matters. As a long serving member of staff, Sue is a constant friendly face to her clients and is always able to find time to give her personal attention to their matters.
Sue joined DF Legal in April 2012 having previously worked in Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey, London and finally for Robert Smith & Co (which was taken over by DF Legal) from 1985 to 2012. Sue has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives since 1968 when she attended Kingsway College, London. Her previous experience was in the field of Litigation where she was involved in all aspects from attending High Court, County Court and the Old Bailey to taking statements, corresponding with Counsel, and issuing County Court Summonses.
Away from work Sue is Trustee & Honorary Secretary for Stroud Hospital’s League of Friends and enjoys quality time with her family, engaged in DIY projects or gardening.
