Who we are

John Daniels and David Ferraby founded the partnership of Daniels Ferraby & Co in September 1980. In May 2005 Daniels Ferraby & Co was incorporated and became DF Legal LLP (limited liability partnership), with Lorraine Jones becoming the third partner in the firm. This was due to the partners' desire to move forward, and the name change is symbolic of the firm's proactive approach to further increasing its strong reputation. The changes illustrated the partners' desire to expand the business whilst remaining well equipped to deal with the competitive local market. DF Legal offer their services through two offices in Tewkesbury and Ledbury, and from facilities at Malvern and Coleford.

Although we do not undertake any publicly funded work (previously known as Legal Aid) we offer free clinics for those who wish to discuss whether they require legal advice and help, and free initial consultations. Our practitioners always strive to accommodate clients when they need an appointment even if this means seeing clients out of hours, and whenever possible seeing clients without an appointment.

Our charges are discussed frequently and are very transparent (indeed 91% of clients who responded to our survey stated that they believed charges were discussed 'excellently' prior to and during their dealings with DF Legal).

DF Legal LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in England under number OC312315. The registered office and principle place of business is 63 High Street, Tewkesbury, GL20 5BJ, and is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
